Welcome to another week and the meeting of another featured member!! I just love writing these posts because I am getting to to know the ladies so much better!!
This week our featured member is AMANDA NEWTON!!! I'm sure y'all know her since Amanda seems to be all over the web--PCP, TLL, etc!! Her blog is one of my must stops every day!! I can honestly say she has quickly become someone I call friend!!
How long have you been paper crafting?
I have been "officially" scrapbooking and cardmaking for about 10 or so years but I've ALWAYS been crafty. I did the Hodge Podge stuff; I always had creative scohol projects; it's just in my blood!
How did you get started in paper crafting?
I started with Creative Memories but didn't want to "stay in the box"...I like to step out and try new things and new techniques.
What crafting item can you not live without?
Only one? I can't live without my ribbon and buttons.
What is your favorite paper crafting company?
Basic Grey all the way!!! I buy BG over any other company!
What is your favorite coloring medium?
I use Copics to colour my digis...I need to grow my collection some more but I have a great start to my colouring! I would love to take a Copic certification class to expand my knowledge and share it with others.
Do you have any other hobbies?
Does online shopping count as a hobby??
I play some sports...soccer, volleyball and baseball although it's been awhile since I've played on a team...I need some more time in my day to play sports although I'd like to get back into volleyball so I might just have to make some time!
Is there anything else you would like to share about yourself?
I have my own business, In A Scrap Creations and I run my own ezine. I am also on the design teams at The Stamping Boutique and Sassy Studio Designs so I keep busy with all that! It's not unusual for me to stay up till 2am working on projects/blogging, etc
