Featured Member Time!!

Yikes -- I didn't realize I had been neglecting our blog!! Sorry about that!!

This week's featured member is JENNIFER!!! Let's get to know her!! Her blog is always inspiring!! I just love seeing what she creates!!!

I live with my hubby and darling almost 3 year old daughter, a.k.a Peanut. I've been crafting all my life. I started quilting about 12 years ago and have been moving into papercrafting and other crafts. Peanut loves to craft with me now.

How long have you been paper crafting?
I started paper scrapbooking about 6 years ago. I had pretty much given it up and then I discovered digital scrapbooking, which I love. I was getting ready to get rid of all my papercrafting supplies when I discovered card making.

How did you get started in paper crafting?
Angela, aka Toucan Scraps, had all these neat posts on her blog about cardmaking and hybrid projects. I found out more and got hooked. I started drawing my own digi images about 5 months ago.

What crafting item can you not live without?
I love glitter glue. All kinds of glitter glue. Peanut loves it too. Her favorite part is picking out the glue she wants to use and then putting it on the card. I’m trying to teach her “tiny dots” rather than large puddles!

What is your favorite paper crafting company?
I don’t have a particular favorite. I really like papers that are pink and/or sparkly.

What is your favorite coloring medium?
Colored pencils. I have plain old Crayola colored pencils and I love them. I do use watercolor pencils occaisionally. DH just got me some Copics for my birthday. I’m not sure how I feel about them.

Do you have any other hobbies?
I work full time, which I guess isn’t a hobby : ) I like quilting and reading.

Is there anything else you would like to share about yourself?
I love challenges. I think that’s part of the reason I love cardmaking so much. Contests are so much fun for me! I design digi stamps and digital scrapbooking supplies, which are in my shop at Stitchy Bear & I Did It Creations Crafting Boutique.

Here are just a few of Jennifer's fabulous creations!!!

Thanks for stopping by!! Have a great week!!
